Yet, even though it says things simply and in a straight-forward manner, the implications of the statements it makes make the imagination run wild! The stories and techniques allows one to open up and discover their minds without requiring one to strain their focus that typically comes when exploring the deep and subtle parts of themselves.
Now, I'm all about deep introspection, This book is amazing! Now, I'm all about deep introspection, and I actually best enjoy a dense and philosophical read, but after reading this effortless book I really don't feel like I missed out on anything. When someone says that certain thing is a belief and not a fact, you know that you are hearing wise words. From my point of view, there is nothing like truth to remove falsehood, but there are times in which beliefs are so integrated into the personality that removing such illusions means a threat to the person itself.
